Quotes and Pricing

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule installation at a mutually convenient time. Weather and unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and time reserved.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our installation services come with a workmanship warranty, and the artificial grass products we use are covered by manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or circumstances beyond our control. Regular maintenance as recommended is required to maintain warranty coverage.

Property Access and Liability

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to complete the work. This includes ensuring pets are secured and that the work area is clear of personal belongings.

We carry liability insurance and will take care to protect your property during installation. However, you are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that could be affected by our work.
